We can therefore combine specialists in all of the areas needed to win complex contracts; bid management, solution design, technical authoring, technical publications, contract law, financing, service delivery & transition, PRINCE2 MSP & ITIL, performance measurement, benchmarking, HR/TUPE, mobilisation and transformation.
Our consultants work closely with our clients staff and we typically deploy as teams of between 2 and 6 individuals, based on the requirements of each specific client and the stage in the procurement cycle.

We are always interested in hearing from individuals who may bring specialist skills to the team on an associate or contract basis. Particular areas of interest are in bid management (with large deal experience), commercial negotiations in competitive dialogue, financial modelling skills, solution development in a bid environment and transition / programme management.
Key attributes to work with BidPartners are an ability to demonstrate a flexible and positive ‘can do’ attitude, and to become quickly established and add value on large bids. Working on bids creates a demanding and dynamic environment, responding to evolving client needs. As deadlines approach, there are frequently significant time pressures.
