The Directors of BidPartners have each had over 20 years experience of managing bids & negotiations, together working on many hundreds of bids, ranging from small ‘foot-in-the-door’ consultancy assignments through to multi-billion prime contractorships. We have used and enhanced industry standard methods (Hy Silver, Shipley, Miller-Heiman, etc) and developed tailored Bid Procedures & Codes of Practice for 6 companies to date.

This experience is well recognised in the market; we have honed our techniques to the point where it has become usual for our bids to be singled out by evaluators as being particularly well structured, well written and easy to score.

Bids and negotiations are demanding in terms of resources and expertise. However, the companies we have worked for have all recognised that, as a result of our robust qualification, ability to ramp up/down as needed, and high win-rate, the Return On Investment (ROI) in bringing in BidPartners when bidding for strategic opportunities is very attractive.
