Proposition

BidPartners proposition is to help our clients to win strategic deals.

These may range from entries into new markets to multi-hundred million / billion pound contracts.

We do this by developing better relationships, sales strategies, bid responses and commercial negotiation positions than the competitors.

We are particularly successful on partnerships for business process services, transformational programmes, managed services, facilities management, infrastructure, ICT and outsourcing. Our approach is always to ensure that the contract is ‘good business’; achieving positive outcomes for all parties.

Our involvement with bidders is also welcomed by procurement authorities since it results in better quality, well articulated bids, rapid progress in negotiations, and innovative propositions from bidders who may not be ‘the usual suspects’.
